Doing the website for BPO24hour.com added some new interesting things to make the site more accessible to visitors. The site is primarily used for raising the profile of the company and as such being a customer orientated business they have added a lot of friendly additions.
Bottom right you see a live chat window during working hours which is soon to become 24 hours a day support for the site not only for new clients but also existing.
YouTube videos were also a big addition to the site to not only drive traffic to the site but also to give the company a “face” and internet presence as well as talk about the services provided.
This isn’t where it stopped though as there are multiple international numbers and live Skype buttons that tell you when relevant people are online. The company is well aware that in the Industry “getting the boss” can sometimes be difficult so adding these features means that if your in work, your PC is on and so is your phone and Skype! So that you can always be reached.
Adding to that knowing people like to hear their agents they want to hire, a new page has been generated with a photo and a brief recording of each agent so you can pick the person you think is most suitable to your contract.
It was an interesting project to do and looking forward to developing more things with BPO24hour.com as I know they have some sister websites currently in the making for their other ventures.
